I had this Jew show up in my feed. Apparently, he's trying to counter the claims of a genocide in Gaza by showing what he claims to be real, authentic, non-AI Instagram pages and photos/videos of currently active Gazan restaurants, which look pretty nice, have piles of Nutella, and so on. Thoughts?

Ngl, if those really are Gazan restaurants right now, it's a pretty potent reminder to always try to believe the opposite of what MSM is claiming to have a less biased view of the world, but I find some random Israeli dude's word a pretty weak evidence of something like that.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking about. I'm always for MSM narratives to be exposed and proven wrong, but we live in the age of Gen AI content used for propaganda, and that kind of stuff seems a bit too farfetched for me. Just imagine that during the road from home to the restaurant, the bombing will begin and the bombs will fall near you. Or on the road will already be hidden mines. You literally have to take every step with the fear that this is the last step of your leg, as in the explosion it will tear off.
The issue is not even the availability of food establishments, but the difficulty of getting there due to the ongoing hostilities and the constant threat of death or disability.
