Is this an autistic trait?

I can be bloodshot eyes angry on the inside but on the outside I’ll only look slightly irritated. Is anyone else like this as well? And furrowing my eyebrows just feels unnatural and cartoonish, I have to force myself to do that and it feels goofy.

Clinically it is called "displays inappropriate affect". Your therapist must have noted "d.i.a." on his notes within the first 2 minutes of the session. It's a major "tell" someone might be autistic.
