It is true to some extent. Deep down, many normies are aware that looks matter—but are they blackpilled? No, and even if they are cognizant of the fact looks matter subconsciously, they are not fully conscious of it.

Furthermore, there is a large portion of them that are plain delusional. They truly believe that looks do no matter at all, and they are bluepilled to the core.
