for backday replace one vertical row with a row where you pull towards you
for the rest its a fine basic schedule
Thx broceladd shoulder press/dumbbell front raise and lunges/bulgarian split squat to your leg and shoulders workout.
add pec fly to your chest and triceps workout.
idk why you have 6 sets of lat pulldowns. Do 3 sets of lat pulldowns with wide grip, 3 sets of rows (dumbbell or barbell) and 4 sets of cable rows. Add 4 sets of shrugs if you want to also hit the upper traps
