Is there double eyelid privilege for Asians? Are Asians with naturally or surgically bigger eyes treated better?

Most Asians unfortunately have the stereotypical flat nose, flat wide face, and monolid eyes. By western beauty standards this is considered undesirable.

On May 2018, Fremont CA there was a road rage incident between a white woman and service member. The woman clearly mocked his features.
