I can no longer masturbate, watch porn, fantasize about women or interact with other human beings
at this point I just see them as meat sacks, not as human beings

interacting with other people knowing how hypocritical and conditional human relationships are, talking to women knowing how brainless they are. Waking up every day knowing how useless and pointless being alive is.

I wish I could stop thinking that way, this is making my life even worse with every passing day.

This isn't something you can just sit around and talk yourself out of. Therapists don't really want to deal with this and don't help either. Unironically, brain altering chemicals and drugs are what helps get you out of this by breaking inertia and thought loops. And change of scenery, exercising, anything to keep you moving and changing, working towards something. Action, action, action.

Don't blame yourself for being cynical though.
