Maybe try healthmaxxing and eating nutritious foods, it’ll give you just enough energy to not rot
LDAR becomes much better if you can combine it with these things
If your a KHHV then LDAR is all there is to do
If you can be motivated enough to do something even though the reward will not have anything to do with foids directly or indirectly you probobly can.
