I am fucking dark brown in my arms, face and neck (I was a little bit white when I was young but due to walking in the sun and my parents didn't take care of me, I became dark brown specially in face)

Can I return my original color again? Is there any solution? I would turn from sub 3 face to 5/10 or 6/10 face if I returned to my original color and did a braces

I don't think you can meaningfully change your skin colour. Their are high risk temperory method like skin bleaching but I would suggest you to just except your skin colour rather than getting cancer though skin bleaching

Sun exposure is a big deal, have you noticed how south asians are avoiding sun like plague with long sleeves and umbrellas in summer ? but if your country is in the southern part I don't think there is any real solution than skin bleaching but that is very risky...
