doing calculus and classic mechanics has genuinely fried my brain to the point even in my dream i still think about doing an integral with trig sub

I forgot most of math I learned in uni. Well it’s not like I tried to learn in the first place:feelskek:.

Did it when i was in a special engineering school, didn't finish though. But looking back, i can relate. I wish Newton had a horse fall on his head instead of an apple.

what was ur major lol

I only know basic high school calculus and mechanics rn

I can't count without my fingers

all that studying and sleepless nights js to end up on this web brutal:feelsrope:

Im too retarded for this shit lol

I hated high school so much

My middle school physics teacher was the worst I encountered during my whole education

When your first interaction with a field is this woman, it doesn't give you any motivation to go further in this

As for maths, advanced hs math always looked alien to me, something way too abstract

Like you have a formula x=2y+√5x/9y and this gives you a curve on a graph and you're like "how tf"

I am engineer but gonna switch to cs, high school fluids was already brutal as it is fuck this shit most engineers are unemployed too in my shithole

I one 12 math competitions.

I withdrew halfway through calculus 1. I would rather kill myself than try and pass calc 1-3 and beyond.

do yk what the cauchy schwarz inequality is
I have to humbly say I do not, and sadly I was kidding. I was very middling at math. I looked at it and it looks interesting. What direction CS do you want to go?

my current physics teacher is a stacy and she is extra kind to me cause she genuinely smells how much of an autistic science nerd and socially loser person I am , she is lowkey one of the only women I truly have any respect for in this life sigh

machine learning and data science

I can't do math for my life

for math , i do like math more than any other science , it generally requires no skill nor any memorizations once u learn how things work and its all about patterns if u go into it in depth like i did (which i do not recommend unless ur socially awkward or ur a nerd lol) u will start to realize the patterns

May you ascend with her one day :feelsahh:

For my math classes we had to remember dozens if not hundreds of formulae by heart, it was all about memorization

calc is short for calculator

how was electromagnestism
It was dope. I liked it. We had two semesters Emag and physics 2 also covered the basics of that stuff

sucked at both

Sometimes I dream I'm posting on .is

AIcel here, physics was fun but honestly couldn't see a reason to study it further (unless if I wanted to take stat mechanics for ML theory)

havent even attended a single day in this semester so far.
Definitely graduating late.
