I just want to have enough ambition to get a job and shit. I won't ascend being NT I would just be subhuman normie which wouldn't be so awful, almost like an upgrade

to what extent ? do you think ambition comes with neurotipicality ? I don't know if I am NT or not to me most of self diagnosed "autists" are just sub5 male that were always negativly reinforced into believing they are born weirdo with a lack of social skills when in reality your personality is the normal outcome of ugliness.
I don't know how to talk with people and I have zero ambitions because of the way I was treated and a lack of purpose due to inceldom. I'm sure you are in the same situation. You should look for surgery if it is possible to imbrooove by it. If you are not a truecel (just a little bit below average for example) and if you have room for improvment, it will solve your "non-Ntness" more than anything else.

I believe that most ambition comes from brain chemistry and the way the NT brain functions. A NT brain doesn't see through the cracks of every situation and instantly singles out the futility in every action.

Sure being a sub 3 has fucked with my development but even when I was average kid before puberty ruined me I had no drive to do anything.
