I wanna know if there's one here or on .org
I plan to get my first job (almost 19 and never worked JFL) and I need to know how to act right

How do I act like a normie so I don't seem like a creep? I need to hide all ND traits as much as possible and learn NPC social skills.

I gotta get out the hood

step 1: be born nt

step one be NT from birth step two be attractive step 3 repeat the previous steps

The best thing you can do is focus on doing your work well and being polite. You do not need to act like everyone else, and you do not need to talk much if you do not want to. Most coworkers will not care if you are quiet or a bit awkward as long as you are reliable, respectful, and do not make anyone uncomfortable.

Trying too hard to hide every odd trait usually makes you seem stranger than if you just behaved naturally. Listen more than you speak, match the general tone of the people around you, and avoid controversial topics. Over time, you will learn how people at that job interact, and you can adjust as needed. :feelsokman:

you dont nt mask, you'll get burnt out

Read about ND traits and try to avoid them during the interview
