I have 7.5 inch hands and size 11 shoes (us) I was comparing people of the same height to see how they measured up and saw that there was a quarterback with 9 inch hands, and that there was concern that his hands were too small(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Wtf? My shoe size should be like 14. My reach is also shorter than my height making my forearms look stunted. I could never hold a girls hand she'd want another man to kill me

It will NOT grow any other bone in your body after the growth plates are closed, which is between your late teens to early twenties. It can increase mass/density to those bones but won’t make them any longer or change shape.

Your forearm for example are made of two different bones, thin wrists are not caused by lack off thickness in the bones, but by the position and shape of those two bones where they separate and where they come together.

TL;DR HGH won’t affect your frame, only your hands and feet.
