Is there a good handheld gaming PC?

I know this is ironic because I've made so many threads about them, but I'll be wageslaving next year and I want a handheld to play third party games outside of the switch 2 which will have games like RE7 for $60/70 presumably. The steam deck is a bit too ugly for me.
Preferably, I'd like a handheld with an OLED screen.

I mainly care about playing PS4/PS3 generation games at least 60fps.

Price range would be $100-700. I don't want to spend over $1k because then I could get a gaming laptop which I probably will as well.

Ultra outdated and not worth buying in 2025 even switch 2 is way more powerful, i don't even need to mention Legion handhelds as it's instant KO. Deck 2 need to get released asap.

That's why you wait for Deck 2. Unless you want to play at 20 fps

or give all money to jewtendo.

The Legion Go 2 OLED is over a thousand dollars. My main concern is being able to charge while playing. If it can't do that well then I'm not interested.

Not really because none of them can run modern games well, your best bet however would be the cheapest Steam Deck for Indies and emulation

Gonna stick with steam for affrodbility until next generation of PC handheld comes out that is close to price to steam deck
