Although by far the riskiest option, yes, it is definitely the most level-headed and honest solution to our struggles.
Don't waste your money, even if you do this it's likely women will still avoid you realistically. Just spend your money on drugs and alcohol to try and forget about it because facepill is brutal.

If you have money and you're young, yes it is. Although in my case for example there was and is a lot more to fix than what could be done with surgery. Surgeries are just one of many things you need to do in order to decrease the subhumanity.
It can save you but it depends. If you're really fucked up you're going to need a lot of surgeries which is going to be expensive.
I reckon just a rhinoplasty and see if it improves my looks drastically, I do want to do limb lengthening in the near future. Apart from that, I don't think anything else is worth it or necessary.
(If my eye problems get better probably laser eye color change too, supposedly north atlantid looking phenotype is the best)
I am young but I have no monetizable skills, trying to learn to do IT and become a debate instructor perhaps. I reckon by next year I will have enough money saved up to get a rhinoplasty.

I had a rhinoplasty and will be having my 3rd in a month due to complications, Dont do this.
Even then your problems won't be solved
with getting women of course because i will still be a sperg, but at least i can look in the mirror and not get a flurry of depression and sadness
