is surgery even worth it

i’ve been told to her surgery multiple times i noted down which surgeries and they all cover my entire face. i’d be in so much debt js for it all to go wrong most likely or to get a shit artist. this shit is so gay but the thought of looking like orb is nice. i see why ppl cope so much id be open to doing some surgery but my whole face? wtf
