I've done this a lot and my mom got mad at me for doing this a lot so I stopped but I do it a lot when I'm alone. I thought this was normal, but I sat next to this one autistic guy who's even more autistic than me, and he shook his leg a lot too.

I used to shake my leg constantly when I was wageslaving, but soon after I became a NEET, I stopped. So, I don't think it's autism. It's stress due to being treated like trash because I'm an ugly male.
I also do this thing where I blink my eyes shut hard but not that hard, but harder than a normal blinks idk why i do it
Maybe it's anxiety or OCD, like blinking your eyes, spitting all the time and even shaking your legs...
its a normal and healthy person trait
