Serious Is rentmaxxing a thing?

I was wondering If I could capitalise on my family's "real estate". We own 2 apartments and a summer house, so I was thinking about renting the former, and living in the latter if I survive my mother by any chance.

Yes. Rental income is generally reliable. But also quite low for residential properties.

The minimum wadge here is 600 euros, and I do have disability income. Most of the homes in this neighbourhood have rents around 250-280...so I guess hsving my own home and ,on-average, 1000 euros could be more than ok.

Being a landlord still takes work. You're better off selling those properties and dividendmaxx if you truly want to ldar.
