Is rape punishment for foids being too picky?

Darwinian opinion here. We're supposed to reproduce to expand the human race. Men obviously are ready to begin reproducing, but the foid is a little bit picky. This pickiness is holding the population back, for better or for worse. Rape is basically just evolution backfiring on foids.

Mostly because of the lawlessness in those places. Punishments are also most brutal there because fathers and husbands are very territorial.
