Today I ate:

2x grass fed beef burger
120g rice

250g chicken thigh
120g rice

Burger with
250g 90% ground beef
1 burger bun ( goyslop )
Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, tomato & mustard

Usually it’s something like this but I typically don’t eat goyslop white bread. I also eat yogurt if I need more protein. I usually eat mainly beef, shit like steak & beef burgers. Only a bit of chicken here and there.

It's acceptable, i've seen much worse. I wouldn't eat chili, spicy sauces and mustard though, it ruins your gut. Stay away from the bread also. The rice is pretty much useless too, it's just carbs and arsenic.

Mix some raw ACV with mashed tomatoes, raw honey and raw onions or something. Or eat mustard once a week. Everyday seems extreme.
