The UAE is a great option, 0 tax, if you can get a solid job that pays rent, its literally perfect. Incredibly safe, nightghouling with 0 worries.
Maybe Cambodia and the province in Philippines. I don't know much about Cambodia so I haven't heard anything bad. Philippinas are still friendly but a lot of them are single mothers so avoid the cities and stick to the province rural side.
