I read somewhere that men's standards increase the more experience they have. Which is probably why "femcels" (chadcels) exists, because chads have standards and wouldn't just make any woman their gf. I assume this applies to women too meaning that before their first relationship they have lower standards.

I hear about Just Be First, but from my observations it really doesn't seem true. Anecdote but this dude I know was brutally above her league, she never had a bf, but he still got rejected.

It definitely helps to "be first". I find that people are clingy or obsessive in their first relationships. People also don't want to "downgrade" when finding their next partners - be their first.

fosters intense pair bonding that is improbable to occur at the same intensity with future partners.

I don't think JBF says anything about how easy it is to become any given girl’s first bf.
