like the drums or electric guitar or be good at an mma sport i was thinking judo or muy thai (i cant do sports rn but maybe in a year).

I think its a massive cope because at 30 you re pretty much a boomer and everyone younger is faster has better reflexes and movement and memory than you.

I dont wana put myself in a position where im gona get mogged again.

Yes 29 is not that old. Plenty of time to learn. Imagine when you are 39 you can look back and be like “I been practicing X for 10 years now”.

Why not. Once you reach 30 you start getting fat and back pains. Better to stay active.

learn to be a good poster

Age pill is brutal you just need to do something you like and are motivated to do, not much hope of becoming good at it I guess.

I do martial arts, you will get mogged by a lot of people but that's part of learning

Now when you mention it, unless youre completely nt, it could be weird as fuck. Better learn guitar from youtube tutorials.

If you like the activity , yes, its never late to have fun.

Im a manlet and i did judo when i was 19, its very good, at 30 i dont know if i would had stamina, werent you the sick guy ?

Anyway you should try ! Its pretty cool.

If your body is able and your cognition hasn't declined, then it's always worth it to learn something. The worth of whatever specific thing you want to learn is going to be a subjective value judgment. Some might value fighting more than learning a musical instrument, for example.

every cope is welcomed

For martial arts I think it’s personal opinion, if I were to train in one today it would be American boxing or Brazilian ju jitsu.

just one more year bro

I think it’s not too late. I’m past 30 and I constantly wish I had started things before. But I was struggling and I think I did the best I could.

If you are single and a virgin by age 30, it's too late. You will be lonely for the rest of your life.

Got to cope somehow but as an incel best done in seclusion. I only enjoy solitary endeavors.

Like they say: cope or rope
