Is it worth it to get plastic surgery if you are short and generally dysmorphic?

No, if u are below 185cm ldar or rope, it's over :feelsrope::feelsrope::feelsrope:

You're just gonna fuck yourself up and end up looking weird

Why tho? I mean plastic surgery is widely considered to be a solution here?

No, if you are manlet tier for your country, facial surgery will not ascend you

Well, I am about 5cm from average

You will keep finding things you need to improve you can only get so many surgeries before you look weird and have an uncanny valley effect. A good face cannot be created artificially.

Makes sense, but I hope if I at least fix my very obvious flaws I may have a chance. Can I message you a pic?

If you’re at least 5ft 6, yes

For now I was considering rhino, jaw implants, asymmetry fix of some features, and genio. I did talk to my surgeon about lefort, but he tries to avoid it due to risks

The main issue ,as far as the information inferred from CTs goes, is that my right facial hemisphere is smaller (mild hemifacial microsomia)

Unless you're adding height and a better face...

I didn't really notice, most people's faces are asymmetrical and in more minor cases of hemifacial microsomia it can often be fixed without surgical intervention, did they say you would need surgery?

Not really, but having been born with a physical disability it rendered my face slightly asymmetrical. As for my midface, tbh my face is just narrow, not long

If it's just narrow you really only need to fix/widen your palette and zygos (with implants). That should fix your fwhr
