You will keep finding things you need to improve you can only get so many surgeries before you look weird and have an uncanny valley effect. A good face cannot be created artificially.Why tho? I mean plastic surgery is widely considered to be a solution here?

I didn't really notice, most people's faces are asymmetrical and in more minor cases of hemifacial microsomia it can often be fixed without surgical intervention, did they say you would need surgery?The main issue ,as far as the information inferred from CTs goes, is that my right facial hemisphere is smaller (mild hemifacial microsomia)
