According to my quick calculations, Mullvad should be slightly cheaper (assuming 5 EUR = 57.5 NOK 2 years and 4 months should cost you 1610 NOK instead of 1690.65). See their pricing here. Mullvad seems to have good rep and it seems like you can torrent with it.
