No, it's true. Normalfagmaxxing is the only way to go with interviews. People want to work with people they can, at the very least, tolerate. If there's a clash of personalities, there's going to be unnecessary drama and conflicts. This will reduce productivity at work and make the job and workplace miserable for everyone who's not involved as well.

This is why NTs can interview well and land jobs, because they're good at faking shit and acting "normal."
