Soy is it possible to have high testosterone but not able to grow a beard?

I have lots of muscles and lots of sex drive but I cant grow a beard I can only grow a peach fuzz beard and a pedostache but other than that ive never been able to grow a beard even though I have a high sex drive but im starting to think the reason I cant grow a beard is because I have low testosterone levels

It's based on your hair follicle's sensitivity to dht. It's genetics
