Depends on your race
 
Finding work for myself, I fucking hate everything related to it. Connections, video interviews, fake positivity, rejections, HR, stupid requirements, asked to do applications on the internet when asking face to face for a job which is easier to me. Working isn't that bad when you don't take it too seriously.
 
No correlation between the two but maintaining a good job and showing up everyday is hard in general
 
i would say finding work is typically more difficult. depends on the job tho. a shit job is easy, but a decent job can be difficult. most decent paying jobs in my area are warehouse jobs and only have 12hr + mandatory overtime positions.
