Discussion Is it legal to scare women?

For the past couple of days I’ve been thinking about how much fun it would be to just go out at night and run around scaring women making noise. It’s kind of pathetic but I just feel like it would be so exhilarating making them feel deep fear.
I know it’s probably illegal in some way but I doubt the police in my area will care, it’s kind of gonna be my way of getting back at them

Yes, if you are ugly, you scare them and being ugly isn't illegal.

But if you are talking about intentionally scaring them, then It can probably fall under harassment
