Cultural superiority. Incels created and compiled a new language and a new way to talk about shared experiences that before couldn't or wouldn't be discussed. That makes the culture inherently attractive to people who haven't experienced it before, so they learn about it and then want to be cultural ambassadors to share it with other people. Once it has been mainstreamed, the people who were only around for the cultural superiority will find some other novel subculture to go leech off of.

1. Dating apps are not real life. Juggernaut is strong there because -+70% of their userbase are men . Also is for casual sex. Majority of men can't grt it. Sure a good chunk of normies get cucked by Chad and their girlfriends. Sure you must be normie in looks. But the scenario aren't like dsting apps. That being said, many people ascend.

3. Blackpill speech has been banned from social media so is harder to get more self reported "incels". Incels resch 30% of 18-30 yo population somewhere though. So many incels ascend, others stop participate because is too redudant and others neck themselves. And the replacement curve to keep the community isn't enough because conventional social media apps banned blackpill. Blackpill subreddits have been banned, many big redpill subreddits have been banned, youtube deletes blackpill comments in blackpill videos and even Tiktok deletes whenenver a foid says anti-manlet speeches.
