No not high T. For some 6'2+ 200+lbs chad and tyrone athletes, yes.

It just means that the alcohol has lowered your inhibition and what you normally would not do while sober, you are currently doing now (Because your either too fuckin ugly to hit on gorls when sober or too small, weak, and afraid of other men when sober) .
