difference comes from the fact that Apothecary Diaries is a mystery show and that's the main point. I'd be lying if I said it doesn't have foidslop elements, but that's never the main focus, at least so far

I don't mind these male/female pairings on detective/mystery anime but I prefer when the lead is male. I'd rather watch Gosick or Dantalian over Apothecary Diaries
