I built my pc very recently and been able to properly play games, I literally can’t improve except things that require pure muscle memory like racing and flying.
I have learned how to play on modern gamepads in my mid-late 20s so anything is possible.
I still play as well, if not better, as when I was in my teens and early twenties.
I just have less time.

It's all ways possible to get better video game but on the level you see try harder YouTuber no hit boss fight and for pvp you are screwed

Gaming skills are mostly genetics. Some become pros after a few weeks of practice and some will stay noobs even after years of hard training

Strategy games easily. But all these new fast paced games I cannot keep up with the newcomers.
There's this 50+ year old guy I saw on youtube who's top 1% on aimlabs and has multiple WR scores so yeah it's def possible
