More I get feedback on my face from strangers, the more I find myself feeling uglier than I had thought

Looking at neutral pictures of you vs. looking in the mirror is a brutal eye-opener. It's a day and night difference like when you hear your voice on a recording rather than when you actually speak.

-1 Point for liking yourself/Self-Love (other people can't feel your self-love)

So if you think you're a 6, you're actually a 5 to everyone else.

If I'm by myself looking in the mirror then I think I look fine, but when I have a Chad as a comparison then I see how ugly I am.

"You gotta love yourself first before anyone else can"

The reason for this is that you grow habituated to your face in the mirror you use most frequently. No one looks at you from that exact angle, at that exact distance, at that exact height, in that exact lighting. No one but you. And this is what you're basing your self-worth off of, so gradually your unconscious bluepills you about it because of repeated exposure.
