Every time I tried gymcelling before I just fucked up my muscles or joints and got injuries and eventually quit for years and years at a time. Now I am gymcelling and just use 10-15kg for my work outs on the machines because I rather be consistent and focus on gymcelling for years injury free.
Can I still expect gains from gymcelling or will I remain a framlet cell? By the way I can put on muscle so my genetics are okay in that regard but I dont know if really low weights are capable of building muscle? By the way now I have little muscle and am a fat fuck from rotting on my couch and want to cut weight
