Is gymcelling with low weights better than not gymcelling?

Every time I tried gymcelling before I just fucked up my muscles or joints and got injuries and eventually quit for years and years at a time. Now I am gymcelling and just use 10-15kg for my work outs on the machines because I rather be consistent and focus on gymcelling for years injury free.


Can I still expect gains from gymcelling or will I remain a framlet cell? By the way I can put on muscle so my genetics are okay in that regard but I dont know if really low weights are capable of building muscle? By the way now I have little muscle and am a fat fuck from rotting on my couch and want to cut weight
 
No amount of weight large or small will grow your frame and your bones, which are the only thing that matter anyway. Face and height. Women are smart. They don't waste time with traits that can be earned in the gym; they zero in on traits that are purely genetic. yep pretty much spot on sadly. Luckily I am not gymcelling for foids but for my health
 
anything is better than nothing, even going to the swimming pool twice a week will improve muscle and posture
 
Yes I prefer training with lower weight + higher rep and variations now. It means much less warmup and feels far better to do.

I used to do heavy incline bench press 3x6 now I do 3x8-10 with a 3s pause and I can feel the chest much more and doesn’t feel like shit to move the weight.

Yes, as long as you train until failure or close to failure. But eventually you need to add some more weight or do more reps to make progress.
 
need some stats to work with. Your weight, height, what kind of exercises are you doing, with what weight and how many reps.

Low weight, high rep will generally tone muscle and increase endurance. If you want to gain, you're better to go high weight, low rep (8 to 12 reps). The amount of weight that is considered 'high' will depend on your current condition and will change as you build.
 
What matters for building muscle is how well you can reach "failure", which is when you can literally not lift the weight at all anymore. And then you drop the weight down a bit, and do a few more reps, drop the weight again and do some more. Then go even more and start doing "negatives", which is where you swing the weight up with your body and only resist the weight on the way down.

You don't need heavy weights to do this kind of stuff, and it's what bodybuilders are doing almost all the time when they lift.
