I am wondering those of you that believe in God, do you believe that God is some extremely sick motherfucker for making the world the way it is? I mean the world is perfect in it's injustice. If I wanted to create the ultimately injust place then the earth would be it. But even on my most evil days, you know the days on which you wish that everyone burns in hell...even on those days I wouldn't be as fucked up as actually creating a world like this if I was in the position to do so.

It's the ultimate evil that even Satan couldn't come up with.

Have you missed the part where every religion in the world worth its salt preaches to give up on the world, how the world is evil etc?

We suffer because of the fall, and the world is in the state it is because humans gave up on God. The Bible is chock full of warnings about not putting your faith in this worldly existence (it also warns about putting faith in women, hahaha). Other religions do as well. Buddhism is all about reaching detachment, giving up on worldly pleasure etc. In Hinduism you are supposed to relinquish your ego, which is an illusion masking an higher Self.

Every religion says this, but nobody wants to pay attention, and then blame God when things don't go well in this life.

That "instinct" can be overrided. Why do you think people who go through with suicide and are succesful?If its a evolutionary trait.Why do suicides happen? Why are the urges to sui stronger than the "will" to live?

So what are you saying anyway? Do you know how many of the people talking about suicide here have actually done it or will do it later? Many are probably just waiting for their parents to die, for example because they don't want them to suffer.

Now i'm not going to say you should believe in God because of this, but if you are arguing against a religion, you should at least address what the religion actually teaches. It says no where in Christianity that being successful on earth means anything as far as God is concerned. The Book of Job makes it a point to point out in fact that there is no correlation whatsoever with earthly success and happiness and what God may have in plan for a person.

God's original design was perfect. Humans screwed it all up by rejecting God and His ways.

To illustrate an example, read the book "the maker's diet" by Jordan Rubin. Just by avoiding pork and artificial foods, my blood pressure lowered and I feel more energy.

And also, everytime I see a family that is loyal to God and His will, they are always happier than those whose hearts are far away from God. I'm not saying they don't have any problems as that's unrealistic.

They're just better at coping with their problems as their hope is eternal.

The more society drifts away from God and His laws, the more it turns itself into Hell. It's gotten worse since the sexual revolution.
Now we're at an all time high when it comes to divorce, feminism, single parent households, drugs, etc. And it will get even worse than Sodom and Gomorrah...
