Serious Do you have a single CUE on planning your life?

I’m walking through a dense everlasting fog since the days I failed uni and started wageslaving while still living with my parents. I’m 23 and in this accelerating world I’ve been struggling to keep up pace and I don’t know what to do, I guess everybody should learn AI and ML in the first place as a basis to understand the new reality.

But my life is such… daily.

I do my stupid job tasks like a ignorant mule I get home, some random compuslive stimming behaviour fidgeting with things and playing a bit, disorganized binge eating, regret, and abundant use of melatonin so i can rest canceling my thoughts.

In the meanwhile I hear Israel and Iran, new AI shit, new tech discoveries, that we are at the verge of ww3, that everything in topic “x” is gonna be different soon. I feel FOMO, but I don’t comprehend how people around are achieving all of this, while I’m still the same goofy kid I was at 8yrs old. Life feels like a timelapse and I’m standing still on the picture no matter what I do.

It’s prob the wrong forum to ask but if you do, how are you keeping up with this? Did u need to work through a degree to be functional and integrated in the world of things, or are you in the same existential dread and abandonment as I am?
