And if yes, why medical community doesn't treat it like drug or alcohol addiction?
NoFappers maybe right.NoFappers treat it like a drug addiction
You can masturbate without porn.Porn is cucked
According to some anti-masturbation authors from 18-19th centuries, fapping can lead to a health problems and even death.Yes, it is very similar because of the chemicals that it releases in the brain. However, this is different to drugs because it's not physically harmful like most drugs are. It changes your mindset, though, like not being able to get hard from regular vanilla porn. Once you're over-exposed to such pornography, you eventually need more extreme pornography to get off. I'm rambling now, bye.
I have read that for real results you need to be on NoFap at least 6 months or even 1 year.Nofap is pointless. I tried it and failed multiple times (and so does everybody else, even those who reach 200+days, and when they fail, they go right back to being a coomer). After a certain number of days, you just cant function, and it gets only harder and harder. It is a biological urge, more similar to hunger rather than an aquired dependence like smoking, you will never be able to rise above hunger, even if you did, you will realize its a fruitless endeavor, wasted effort and willpower when you could have spent it learning, gymmaxing, etc. Its not like smoking.
Personally, I just try to limit porn consumption, not masturbate more than once a day and spend as little time as possible jerking off.
Because fapping doesn't really cause any physical problemsAnd if yes, why medical community doesn't treat it like drug or alcohol addiction?
I fapped after 3 months of nofap 3 days ago and I did it again today.I have read that for real results you need to be on NoFap at least 6 months or even 1 year.
