I'm not talking about the gym, just in general, pushups, pull-ups, climbing etc...

I have never exercised (except for my recent habit of sometimes doing pushups), I'm rather weak and don't have enough muscles.

The benefits for me at least would be:

Higher testosterone (maybe I don't really know how truthful that is).

No more anxiousness from being shirtless at the beach or anywhere else. (Huge plus I would prefer constantly being shirtless). Also Healthier since you get more sunlight and air exposure.

More strength and tolerance.

Probably would help improve my face slightly since I probably would have less body fat.

Downsides:

It hurts.

More food required (which is a downside since I'm poor).

Stresses the body, I have heard exercising makes you age faster since it causes stress to the body.

For yourself, yeah.
To ascend, no.

Getting big is always a boost. It gives you a hobby to talk about with normies and makes them respect you.

just go on a walk or lift

anything else will just hurt

Yes, exercise is a great cope.

My legs are very used to walking (even do I almost never walk outside), my legs are pretty well trained in that regards. Can walk for hours straight, even uphill without taking breaks. I like hiking up smaller mountains.

It's my arms and stomach/back that is very weak, needs training.

Work out start getting fun once you see measurable improvements. When you start out barely able to do a single pull up it feels really nice once you start seeing the number go up. Being healthy is in the long run prob on average gonna save you more money as well, as long as you avoid hurting yourself through your workouts.

Only if you were sedentary before, and even then it’s not a difference that does anything

More strength and tolerance.
 Unless you’re cutting. Cutting makes you weaker but it’s easy to regain the strength once you bulk again.

Sort of. If you want to gain muscle you’ll also need to gain fat (bulking) can’t have one without the other after noob gains.

Not if you do it right. Feeling sore is nice tbh personally.

You can do it cheaply but this is true.

I heard this too, not sure how true it is.

Yes, I find it calms me

standing meditation can be brutal. just do a partial squat with a straight back for 5 minutes.
