If it's based on things that foids value, but that hold no value aside from their view (height, frame, looks and etc), then yes

You can’t determine what good genes are. A lot of high IQ/ creative people were born with disabilities or mental illnesses. You also don’t know how the genetic recombination turns out or how much your kids will resemble your ugly relatives.
