ok fine i thought about this and it is possible but it is tricky. every step of the way, the key is brutally cutting away chads and foids and normies and having an insane amount of discrimination against them. relatively, it is better to be in a position of power over a normie than to be subordinate to a normie. I have seen normies and foids in power and they are absolutely vicious in discriminating against incels. When incels hold power, they are forced to play insanely high iq social games since they can't just fire all the foids for example. it is possible for a low iq incel to hold these positions of power but it is extremely painful since they are heckled and bullied insanely by the infinite normie shit test.
for a ultra high iq incel the position of power is ideal since they can play the endless mind games. most of the time though, incels in positions of power are basically low iq but with high pain tolerance so they become extremely toxic and are constantly suicidal, it's like the price they have to pay for having a low iq.
entrepreneurship sucks for incels because entrepreneurship is a social competition, whether its competing for users trust or investors trust compared to other CEOs. ultimately both users and investors are going to be comparing the incel CEO to the retarded chad CEO and picking the chad CEO every time because of halo effect. in the past, there were many incel CEOs because the social dynamics back then were more forgiving to incels, for example there wasn't even Tinder, but nowadays the social discrimination is way more brutal, and most of the time your CEOs and managers will basically be retarded chads. pretty much every modern/recent company is made by chads and not incels even though the incels are way more skilled than the chads.
ultimately having more power will always be better for an incel since it allows the incel to insidiously and maliciously fuck the normies chads and foids over. this possiblity simply does not exist as a subordinate (since the moment it is found out you'd be fired or punished severely by your superior), it requires being superior (every insanely malicious discrimination can be masked with some high iq excuse such as performance or whatever the fuck the company does). being a manager of a foid has power when you discriminate and choose to fire the foid for example. maybe in the worse case keep replacing the foid so they don't have time to gain roots of social power in the organization but still maintaining the diversity ratio (this is how normietards handle incel diversity).
