I should have worked harder when I was in school because I have seen this pattern over and over again.

I was visiting me brother at his University (he's a med student)
And some of his friends (also med students) look like absolute truecels.
I mean the full package, bald or receeding hairline/ short/ obese/ acne ridden etc.
But guess what some of them had not stunning, but relatively decent looking girlfriends
I mean I'd get it if they were already doctors and were making big money, but they were just first and second year students.
