Usually opiod OD deaths are considered to be very peaceful and painless, but i heard codein is an exception in this case and it might actually be painful. Does anyone know more about this topic ? Asking for a friend of mine

The success rate for suicide by chemicals/overdose is quite low. I guess people who aren't really serious are skewing the metric, idk opioids sound comfy though. Probably better than ingesting poison
