I recently got accepted for a software engineer intern role at a large bank, the pay is 60k salary but once i graduate in a few months i'll move into a full time role with around 80k salary with progression to 100k+ within a few years.
However the job is likely high stress and working in a bank full of stacies and chads is sui fuel. Also i can't imagine wage slaving 40-60 hours a week for no reason, i currently work as a casual security guard which is piss easy and i can work whatever hours i want with more than enough money to fund my LDAR lifestyle.
The prestige behind the career could probably attract some post wall foids or gold digging sluts but that seems like more trouble than it's worth since sex is easy to get with prostitutes which are legal in Australia. So in the end what's the point of careermaxxing? Seems like it simply isn't worth it unless you're poor or end up in a chill low stress job.
