it depends what kind of nd u have and how it affects ur life: lets say u r an turbo autist who has an obsession with some hobby or interest that he could interact with for his entire life without having to think about socialization or sex, then it can be a life saver for ugly men, yeah. but if it significantly hinders u fulfilling the desire for socialization and copulation while u have extreme apathy and anhedonia, u r fucked.
