No. There is nothing inherent about a man being involuntarily celibate and rejected by women that would make him inclined to being attracted to biological men. (which is what trans women are.) To suggest as much is tantamount to the wrong mindset that would correlate a man being perpetually single and more likely to be inclined to homosexuality for this reason. Because that's what attraction to trans women is: homosexuality. Trans women are biological men.
The incel wiki also theorizes that there may be a correlation with men becoming trans due to rejection from women. (obviously, Chad never troons out.) But this isn't the same thing as saying that a guy is more likely to be gay due to rejection from women. That's plainly not the case. If one was actually attracted to women, being dejected by them wouldn't just cause them to be attracted to men. They would still want a woman, and be negatively impacted by not having one, despite wanting one. (this is why we are here.) Logically, dejection doesn't make the attraction to the desired thing just vanish or flip around to the same sex. "Well, if I can't get a woman, might as well get with a guy." This makes no sense because if someone wanted to be with men that would just mean they were gay the whole time. It would be like saying "inceldom causes asexuality." That is not the case. (but self-identified "asexuals" could be more likely than average to be incels...actually many "asexuals" are incels in denial; perhaps "asexuals" are rightly seen as extremely bluepilled incels in fact.)
