As an 80s born millennial, it seems like we're the last ones that were raised in a culture where young people were expected to respect their elders. "Respect your elders" just isn't a thing in today's society, and it's a laughable concept to zoomers and gen alpha. Younger generations show nothing but disrespect and animosity towards older people.
Hell, they don't even respect their own parents. I've seen how some of them talk to their own parents in public, and it's honestly shocking. If I was even 10 percent as disrespectful towards my parents, especially my mother, I would have gotten the beating of my life. Same goes for 90+ percent of people my age. But now we've gone from "spare the rod, spoil the child".....to
literally sparing the rod and spoiling the child, because any form of corporal punishment is considered "chlid abuse" these days. Hell, these days people unironically argue that raising your voice at your kids is "abuse". And people wonder why kids are so disrespectful towards everyone else and out of control in general.

They also screwed us over economically. On the other hand, zoomers disrespect us, and call us cringe, and zoomer men are going after women our age, making the dating market even worse for us as we not only have to compete with chads and rich guys in our generation, but we also have to compete with young good looking guys with "milf" fetishes.
