Discussion Is anyone else sort of dreading the holidays coming up?

Thanksgiving and Christmas are next. Let's be honest, these holidays usually favor couples, health families, and happy teens/adults rather than miserable fuckers like myself with no family to stay with, or any foid to cuddle with.

Fucking hate every holiday to be honest. Every holiday is consumerist slop targeted for couples and stuff. Thinking of Christmas is especially ropefuel.

It was not Thanksgiving and Christmas I hated, but work around then was hell when I worked in retail as corporate would turn into slave drivers for all of us during that time period as they were so obsessed with hitting holiday sales targets and they forbid anybody from taking any vacation during November and December.

Still, I liked and still like Thanksgiving and Christmas themselves, as I always enjoyed the food during that time of the year.

I was a bit harsh on Christmas I suppose, I don't mind the Movies and cookies and shit, I just hate the pandering to couples and everything.

I just like winter in general because of the cold crisp weather. And a lot quieter, less people outside.

I fucking dread summer. Hot, humid, normies and foids are all happy fucking and partying and clubbing and playing outside and shit while I rot. Loud af too. And bugs and mosquitos biting transmitting diseases and making everything miserable.

Where I live, it gets to at least 120 degrees / 48.9C in the fucking daytime. It's impossible to go out or enjoy the night alone without feeling that heat. The cold winter is definitely a nice change.
