I am looking for some tips on how to go about it. I've been drinking for 7 years, and i did go to multiple clinics and was in therapy to get sober but ended up relapsing every time. I just can't go through with it for very long. The longest i got to be sober in these 7 years was about 3 months.

i don't know how to be sober and live anymore, i'm always on something these days

Idk if I would be considered an alcoholic but I drink about 60 units a week on average and can't stop. Life would be so fucking boring without alcohol

Not sober technically, I just switched alcohol for kratom and phenibut tbh.

I was a alcoholic since I was 14, at 16 or 17 I stopped. Been like a year or two sober since my last relapse.

Do you injure yourself while drunk? I feel sorry for alcoholics because soyciety tells them that they have a problem and weak minds. In reality alcohol is a problem by itself.

Yes. There is no tips for quitting that i can give.
