Idk about that game even ULiL but most of the fandom seem to prefer Hisou since it's still kinda alive. I also find these "danmaku + fighting game" technically hard for someone who had no decent history of fighting games. The mechanics of Hisou are way better and unique of its own, the movesets are simple kinda like Melty Blood and Smash Bros. However the game gets insanely technical kinda like Smash Bros.
TLDR; Buy Hisoutensoku instead it's a decent game.
