The debate mostly seem to focus on racial IQ differences, and to some extent gender. I do not want to get in to that. What I want to discuss is the impact the discussion has on an individual level. How will this debate affect the ability for young people to work hard. How can a kid listening to some YouTuber discuss IQ handle study ethics. What if he thinks IQ determines ones skill in mathematics. And not what actually matters - the amount of time you spend calculating? Or does IQ really matter as much as they say?
